COUROC SERVING TRAY INLAID WOOD & BRASS CHEF TRAY Up for sale is this beautiful preowned couroc serving tray. I do not know the exact year of thetray, however, they were made between 1948 - 1990. The back of the tray is signed Couroc Monterey, California. The tray is in over-all very good to excellent condition. There are a few very minor scratches on the front as well as the back. Nothing major. The tray has a gloss finish. Master craftsmen hand inlaid different materials to create this stunning tray. They inlaid suchitems such as; shells, coins, woods, and metals. These items are fused into satin black phenolic.The trays are impervious to alcohol and boiling water. You can hand wash this tray with mild soap,and water. The design on this Cuoroc tray is quite stunning, and very beautiful. Three detailed male cooksadorn the tray. The men were created in different textures, and wood types. The designs and areoutlined in a brass as well as the words Chef, Gourmet, and cook. The chef is is holding a fish,the gourmet is holding a chicken, and the cook is holding a spoon.
