The friend could send it to you USPS First Class International Mail which could be a third of the cost of USPS Express Mail International. INSURANCE CLAIM : To file an insurance claim for a damaged item , the item must be shipped back to me at the Buyer’s expense . Along with the damaged item, the Buyer must ship the original box as well as the packing materials. This is required by the USPS. CUSTOMS : Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
