Information: This postcard depicts the longest covered bridge in Pennsylvania, the Second Lock Bridge, also known as Snavely's Mill Bridge, located south of Millersville. It is 350 ft. long, was built in 1850, and is close to the second lock of the canal which during the 19th Century carried barges from Lancaster, along the Conestoga River, to the Susquehanna River.
