New, never usedMEASUREMENTS: 12 napkins are 22" square. tablecloth is 68x120" CONDITION: No holes or tears. Light age, which should soak out easily. Never used, just from years of storage. **We have not washed any of these items. They come to you as we found them at local estate sales. If you need any advise on cleaning linens, just let us know. If we feel it is a stain that will not come out with soaking or cleaning, we will mention it specifically. Age and rust stains are generally easy to remove. **
