Crafter SA TMVS Electric Acoustic Hybrid GuitarUsual story - too many guitars, not enough opportunity to play them all so I'm downsizing - having become a Gibson convert, I'm trying to raise the cash for a nice Les Paul and just stick to one guitar. It still breaks my heart to sell each one - this Crafter SA TMVS Electric Acoustic Hybrid Guitar, I have only gigged once, hence its immaculate condition, it being stored in the hard case it comes with. It attracted a lot of admiring attention when I took it to an open mic night, and with the quality electronics - the LR Baggs piezo under the bridge and the Kent Armstrong single coil electric pickup, its sound and versatility were admired as much as its looks had been. The design is clearly influenced by Taylor, but at a quarter of the price (the Crafter SA TMVS retails at between £500 and £600) My favourite feature is the slider control which enables you to blend the acoustic and electric sounds, as well as the option of all out acoustic or all out electric. On one guitar you can strum or finger pick maybe something folk or country, then slide the switch, maybe add a bit of over drive and rock out!
