Crime Suspenstories #16 5.0 VG/Fine with Off White Pages, some edge tanning on cover Another EC classic published in the winter of 1953 with a cover date of April-May 1953. This raw 5.0 copy is nicely centered with strong color. Defects include spine and edge wear, edge tear on top of the front cover and light corner creases, which are hard to see in the pictures as they lightly break color on the bottom right. The current Overstreet price guide values this book at $80. I will be listing a combination of graded and raw golden age comics this week. Please note that the lighting was not great when I took the photos. I've definitely noticed that the photos have a more yellow tint to them than the real books. I will describe the page quality to give you a more accurate idea of what to expect. Next weekend, I will be listing a group of silver age books. I have been a collector of comic books for over 35 years. As sometimes happens with collectors, I am working on getting a group of books that I've had my eye on for awhile, and need to sell off some of my books to help fund the purchase.
