Columbia River Knife & Tool "My Tighe" framelock/linerlock knife designed by custom knifemaker Brian Tighe. Now, one of Tighe's most exciting designs is available as a superior-quality, affordable production folder! 8.125" open and 4.5" closed, combo edge (partially-serrated) black titanium-nitride coated 1.4116 stainless blade with Brian's unique asymmetrical spine facets. Open-build framelock design with black EDP-plated 420-J2 stainless frame and 6061-T6 aluminum back spacer. Black custom-contoured Zytel onlays with a carbon-fiber-style texture for enhanced grip. Torx fasteners are used throughout, and all models have bronze and Teflon bearings at the adjustable blade pivot for smooth, fast action. Dual-ramped thumb studs allow the My Tighe to be quickly opened with either hand. This model features the patented OptiFast assisted-opening mechanism that instantly brings the blade fully open after you have opened the blade 30 degrees.
