This auction is for a 3 piece highly detailed Victorian style crocheted dress set. The set includes a dress, matching bonnet and pantalettes. It is new and has been designed and crocheted by me using ecru and a light blue thread. All embroidery has been hand done using hand dyed ecru silk ribbon. The dress measures 4 1/4" long and ties with two sets of crochet ties for a nice fit. It features a detailed lace bodice panel which has not been applied, but rather part of the dress top, a full drop waist skirt with two layers of ruffles, and puffed sleeves ending in ruffled lace. The sleeves have been accented with tiny bows and a bow accent has been added to the waist. The matching bonnet features three layers of ruffles. A bow accents the back and loops and a rosette accents the neck edges. The bonnet ties with two long silk ribbons. The sweet pantalettes are accented with a bow at the waist, end in lace, and tie with a set of crochet ties. This set is being displayed on a 7 1/2" antique all bisque Kestner doll. The set should fit other like antique or reproduction dolls 7 1/2" - 8" as well.
