This is a brand new Cross Classic Century 18 Karat Gold Ball-Point Pen and Pencil Set. This is truly writing elegance at its finest. The Cross Item Number is 803105 and the retail price for this beautiful writing set is $1700. Upon request, we will have your pen, pencil or desk set plate engraved for $4.75 per line. The end result is a personalized writing instrument or accessory of the highest quality that will be treasured for a lifetime. For engraving, you may choose either block or script text style and you have a choice of all upper case or mixed case lettering. Please contact us for details or if you have any questions. All of the Cross products that we sell are brand new, in the original factory gift box, and come with A. T. Cross Company's unconditional lifetime guarantee. Cross writing instruments and desk set penholder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age. Returns cannot be accepted on engraved items for refunds or merchandise exchanges, unless the engraving was not done as requested. However, engraved items are accepted for repair under the A. T. Cross Company lifetime warranty policy. Most of our continental United States orders are shipped directly to you from the Cross factory, and you can expect to receive your purchase in 7 to 10 business days. Since Cross does not ship outside of the United States, these orders are sent to Affordable Necessities first, and we send them to you. This routing typically requires 10 to 14 business days. Engraving requires an additional 2 business days to process. Please contact us before you place your order if faster turn-around time is required so that we may provide you with shipping options to meet your needs.
