This is a gorgeous cake plate with a crystal clear top tray plate proudly supported by a ruby red pedestal foot. The plate is over ten inches square with an edge that gives the appearance of glass thickness over 1-1/4". The base is six inches in diameter and this exquisite piece stands over 6" high. It is very sturdy and quite heavy as well. The platform on this piece is beautiful and elegant and is often called "Peacock" or "Elizabeth". Any light in the room shines through this piece to give a three dimensional refraction that will draw pleasant comments from anyone who lays eyes on it! I'm not sure by what maker's mold this is produced, but it is even and precise and I cannot find a single scratch or flaw!
