Chicago, South Shore & South Bend Boxcab Electric #701, Original Slide 1956 dated Kodachrome by (unknown) Red-border Greymount, processed by Dynacolor Labs. Image grade AVG Nostalgic view, how it was back in the day when the new '57 Chryslers and Plymouth Furies were on display at Myrtl Motors in the heart of Michigan City, Indiana. Ex-NYC R2 boxcab, with vintage "lightning" bolts on her nose, trundles down the middle of the road leading freight through slush, past snow-covered sidewalks, parking lots and cars. NOTE : There is only one slide... the first view is the full image, the second view is enlarged to show detail logo and bears (unfortunately) do not appear on slide. These one-of-a-kind vintage slides may show minor scuffs, marks and such, consistent with their age, and will generally benefit from a careful cleaning.
