You are bidding on a full set of 25 curio cabinet glass miniatures by Franklin Mint. These miniatures are a modern expression of a craft as old as the history of man. The collecting of glass miniatures was extremely popular during and just after the victorian era. An early 19th century glass ship may be seen in the Victorian and Albert Museum an dthe Queen's Dolls' House at Windsor is replete with tiny glasses decanters. Pieces included in this set are: Sandwich Cup-Plate, Mary Gregory Bell, Chinese Glass Snuff Bottle, Jade Glass Vase, Scandinavian Medallion, Bohemian Ruby Mug, Bristol Blue Nailsea Hat Pot, Depression Glass Plate, Hyalinth Bowl, Opal Glass Basket, Cranberry Glass Vase, Lampwork Ship, Amethyst Optic Glass Flask, French Scent Bottle, Pennsylvania German Bottle, Carnival Glass, Tortoise Shell Glass, Faceted Paperweight, Millefiori Paperweight, Hobnail Milk Glass Pitcher, Cloud Glass Salt Cellar, English Glass Candlestick, Ice Glass Breaker, Lampwork Unicorn, Sake Cup.
