Custer Battlefield, Montana. U.S. Geological Survey. Surveyed in 1891. Edition of Sept. 1908. Overview map: 1:24,000 (12 inch = 2000 Feet); Detail map: 1:5,280 (1 inch = 440 feet) 21 x 18 inches. Includes an overview map showing the route of the 7th Cavalry from Reno Creek in the east to the Custer Battlefield. Below the overview map is the map of the actual battlefield showing final location of the various commands, as well as all of the "markers erected w 202 U.S. soldiers fell - the entire command of Gen.
