This is the Breyer Classic Frolic Stallion(measuring approx 6"H x 9" L) repainted to a smutty dappled buckskin in a combination of artist's pastels, colored pencils, and acrylics by model horse/animal artist Janet Bonney. He has many details that don't show in the scan, such as tri-colored eyes, chestnuts, 4 white socks, numerous dapples, and striped hooves. He was also sprayed with a protective finish.
