This custom handmade knife is made by Greg Cox, son of the well-know knife maker Colin Cox of Raymore , Missouri . Colin has been making knives since 1980 and is a voting member of the Knife Makers Guild. Colin and Greg previously lived in the Orlando , Florida , area and while there Colin was able to work with the former Mr. Bo Randall, of Randall Made Knives, doing repair work on knives in the Randall Museum . While so doing he was able to adopt methods of fine workmanship to further improve his knife making skills. Greg learned his techniques of making hand made knives by studying under his father. He was only a boy when he made his first knife and has started making his knives for sale within the last few years. He is very detailed oriented and his knives are of collectible quality. This beautiful custom handmade bowie has a 440c stainless steel 10" hollow ground blade. The knife is 15” overall and has a unique marble micarta handle which is in limited supply. Micarta is one of the most durable materials on the market. The blade has a high polish finish and has been professionally tempered to hold a super sharp edge. This knife comes equipped with a quality fitted leather sheath. Good luck in your bidding!
