is a real nice early piece by Bob Jones, veteran knifemaker from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bob has been making knives since 1960 and is a member of the knifemakers guild. This lockback folder is 3 5/8" closed, 6 1/2" overall. Blade is O1 high carbon steel, but does not use stainless. Brass bolsters and pins. Handle is ivory micarta, beautifully aged to a butterscotch tone. Backspring is dressed up with some great filework. This knife is mint, like new, made in the mid 1970s'. Locks up snug, walks and talks. Has the BJ stamp on one side of blade and #2 stamped on the other.
