What you are bidding on: This is a classic design full tang folder - Beautiful Trapper! The blades are 3" in length and overall 7 1/4" open - Closed 4". Both blades are made of 440c - High carbon and stainless too. Will not break, crack or chip in cold weather. The bolsters are made from German Silver. Both blade finishes are mirror polished. Both blades are tight and will not wobble in the open position nor rub when closing. Both blades "snap" shut when closing. This knife is very sharp and will hold an excellent edge. The scales are unique as they made from deep dyed antique brown "Whale Bone" and polished to a jewelerâe(tm)s sheen. This one is a beauty! T is no sheath with this knife. This knife bears my signature ( S. Hooten ) just above the bolster on both blades. I sign each knife I make as a guarantee that you are receiving a quality knife. My knives are of the highest quality and you will not be disappointed. About the maker: I have been making knives for twenty-years and have taken orders and made shipments worldwide. I use only the best in raw materials. I take great care and pride in knife-making. My work is all done by hand.
