This auction is for a CUSTOM LEGO ARKHAM ASYLUM CITY JAIL BUILDING on a 16x32 stud base plate. What you see in the photos is what you get. This model is about 15" tall and will fit into your LEGO city streetscape. Exterior features include an outside exercise area with weight bench, a solitary confinement exercise area, 3 escaping convict minifigures, 2 prison guards in the wrong place to foil the escape, a streetside security camera, an entry phone, ivy on the back walls, and very sinister gothic building features. The floors do NOT come apart like a modular building. The roof does come off like a modular building to access the second floor which includes a desk and chair. All other areas and the insides are waiting for your custom features.This is a custom model created by an adult collector. All LEGO pieces are in excellent condition and come from a smoke- and pet-free home. No instructions are included. Please ask any questions before bidding.I accept PAYPAL only.
