Custom made table (top) with Eureka Table Base and a set of Phoenix Cups and Balls. The table top is about fourteen to fifteen inches across, covered in a wonderful brocade material and trimmed in a short gold fringe. Even the underside of the table is covered with a burgundy felt material. The base is in excellent condition. The cups, displayed in their case with ironwood wand, were tarnished (antiqued) looking when I first got them. They looked like they had been used on street since the turn of the last century. However, if you look in the other picture you will see how well they polish up. I chose not to clear coat them, though someone else might to preserve the polished finish longer. The sit nicely in the hand because of their heft. Though t are many preferences for sets of cups and balls and the makers tof, I wanted to include a quote from someone who had actually used his set for longer than I've owned these, "I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the Phoenix Cups. I first bought one of his "seconds" sets, which he offers at a very reasonable price. After a couple of years with these I decided to buy the nice set.
