"Carousel Dreams #7" Pony was created using decoupage. Bits of paper were used as well as acrylic paint. Several layers of gloss sealant were applied. Signed and Dated by the artist Elaine Shepherd UV Protectant Spray top coat for added protection. Care taken in packaging to help insure a safe delivery. Original Box and Hang Tag included.
