Hi, and welcome to another Iacon Studios auction! At Iacon Studios, I first began working on custom figures in 2003. It's always been a goal to re-make figures and toys in a way that really brings out the most of a character or figure. I only use the highest quality plastic bonding paints, and carefully go over each and every joint and seam to ensure no chipping or wear will occur. The end result is a toy that is 100% durable and as "playable" as any you would find on the store shelves, yet given the attention to detail that only a true fan could give. I'm a 35 year old single dad and a lifetime toy and comics fan. _________________________ Hi! I'm glad you stopped by. I had an Arcee figure and I wanted to offer up something for the Animated collectors since that well is running dry. Everyone wants a new figure, right? T's a few places I could have taken her, but I had the paint on hand for a Chromia, so that's what we got! I thought about trying to mold the head into the pointy crown, but at the end of the day we have a straight repaint. I was following the G1 color scheme, so I ended up using both silver and white. Often in those old shows it could be questionable if something was white or silver, but it looked like t was a slight difference, so I went with both.
