Yes All the detail from a RH/MDC Unit - now brought to life with some custom distressing and weathering. You will never find this car in your Local Hobby Shop as it is a one of a kind creation from the RAILISTIC SHOP. If you have followed the RAILISTIC listings over the past Four Years you know I just love to model Short Line/Lease Railroads and Fallen Flags as opposed to Major Carriers. I find that these lines offer a wider variation of freight car types and paint schemes. These Short Lines are just more fun to model. I have wanted to do a car like this for a while. I love watching these old cars that have giant patches of clean fresh paint roll by in some passing freight. I love the contrast between the old and the new. I often wonder who's logo or reporting marks are under the new paint. The car is a true representation of what most of the cars that make up the AN Roster look like after years of abusive service. This car is entirely hand painted. All weathering is done in paint. No airbrushing, no powders, chalks or dyes were used to obtain the rusted and bleached out look the car has. This AN Box Car would make a fine addition to any modern era freight unit running on your pike.
