Welcome to Kenny's Kitchen You are viewing a VINTAGE CUTCO Model # 1020, 2-1/4" parer with a Dark Classic, deep Orange Swirled handle and 6-1/4" overall length. This just came back from the factory where it was professionally sharpened with the famous DD Serrated edge and both the blade and handle were beautifully polished and returned in a paper sheath. When you see it in person you might think it is brand new except for some light pitting on the rivets. This slicer has a list price of $54 new. Every chef knows that the paring knife is one of the most useful tools in the kitchen drawer and probably the most used. It feels so good in your hand due to the ergonomic shaped handle that provides the perfect grip for large or small hands either right or left handed.. PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA.
