I'm offering a very cute Goebel Charlot Byj Redhead figurine. The figure is of a little girl kneeling while playing with one of her dolls. T is a shelf full of dolls next to her. I don't know the name of this particular piece, but it appears on the cover of the Rocky Rockholt book "Goebel Figurines & Prints by Charlotte Byj". Charlot Byj was an artist that designed greeting cards and posters with adorable children on them. Goebel turned her designs into three dimensional figurines beginning in 1957. This piece is marked with several impressed marks - the name "Charlot Byj" is marked on the back of the bookcase holding the dolls. The numbers "10105 II" and the date of "1985 " are on the bottom of the piece along with the ink stamped mark of "Goebel" and "W Germany". The piece measures 4 1/2" tall. The figurine is in excellent condition. I acquired this piece from the estate of a family that collected fine German figurines from several different makers. I have checked to make sure t are no nicks, scratches or chips on it. This is one of several Goebel Redhead and Blondes figurines designed by Charlot Byj that I am offering at this time. I will be happy to combine pieces for cost savings in shipping. I am offering this figurine at No Reserve. Thank you for looking. Good luck bidding.
