Up for auction are a pair of vintage, ceramic Christmas elves/pixies in a green cart. One of the pixies is not attached, and I have moved him around the cart so you can see this. The cart is marked on the bottom with a sticky tag, "Treasure Craft Originals", "South Gate, California". These elves have unglazed, bisque hands and faces. The knees of the one that is unattached are also unglazed bisque. The single piece measures approx. 7" x 3 1/4", and is approx. 3 1/2" high. The second, loose elf measures approx. 3 1/2" tall and is 1" wide (knees to feet). The paint job of this piece is really excellent, as is the detail of the cart. This was probably a novelty planter or centerpiece. Could also be a candy holder. We show it with some greenery in the second photo, so you can see how cute the wagon elf is peeking out of the greenery. These elves both have marvelous, well-painted, detailed faces. This is a fabulous piece of kitchmasware. We fully disclose our shipping costs in each of our listings, exact shipping, no handling fees, and will refund any overcharged postage over a dollar.
