This is an extremely rare, original Civil War period Eagle and Shield flask. It is a little taller than a lot of the shield and eagle flasks which enables it to hold more powder. It also has the screw-off lid to make it quickly and easily refillable. This would go with a Remington, Colt or any Civil War period revolver. All parts work correctly, as they should. It has a few scattered, small dents which are pictured. Overall, this is an extremely rare and very nice original powder flask. Thanks for looking.
