This Neo Geo MVS cartridge was in working condition a few years ago and it has been stored since (non-smoking, climate contolled shop). I am selling them with a no DOA warranty - that is, if the item arrives and does not work for you, you may return it at your expense and I will refund the high bid price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You must notify me within 48 hours of your receipt of the item if it does not work. Returned cartridges will be tested before refund is issued.

This cartridge will NOT repeat NOT work in a Neo Geo or SNK home game system of any sort. They are designed for coin operated arcade systems ONLY.

Boards sold as untested are exactly that - they sat on the shelf for a number of years, and are not marked good or bad.

A note about shipping times: I do try to ship promptly (check my feedback) but t are times when an item, especially one that requires extra packing attention or is large or oddly shaped, may take up to 10 business days for me to get shipped out. If you require faster processing of your order please just email me in advance and I will make sure I get it out in a few days after payment clears.

Every effort is taken to insure the safe arrival of your item. If the buyer does not elect to pay the additional insurance fee I cannot be responsible for safe or completed delivery of this item. The fee is $1.35 for items under $50, $2.50 for items up to $100, and will be mentioned exactly in the notice sent at the end of the auction. Non US sales have different insurance rates and rules.

Picking up your item is unfortunately not an option unless it is something that will require a trucker to ship. I realize it is nice if you are local to be able to save the shipping costs, but my work schedule is such that it is almost impossible for me to be able to make and keep appointments to meet someone at the warehouse, and I do not do business from my home.

NYS buyers must pay 7% sales tax on all items shipped to a NYS home or business address or picked up at my warehouse. I am aware of my overseas customer's tax situations regarding VAT...
