It has a CLEAR CUT CRYSTAL BOTTLE with a LIGHT AZURE BLUE CUT CRYSTAL APPLICATOR. On the front of the bottle is a paper foil label that reads: "GENUINE MORLEE CRYSTAL". On the polished bottom of the bottle is acid etched: "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA". The bottle with applicator measures about 4 3/4" tall. The clear bottle is about 2 3/8" tall and the blue top with glass rod applicator measures about 4 3/16" long. The applicator has a ground glass area that fits nicely into the ground glass top of the bottle. The whole bottle is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or other damage noted. It does have a few flea bites on the high edges of the cut crystal, nearly nothing.
