You are bidding on this VERY RARE Early "K.D" Toys Japan Wind-Up Powered Speed Boat. I acquired this piece and other early toys and collectables from a recently settled estate. This 8-1/2" long Tin Litho piece dates from the 40's and is Very Good to NMINT Untouched Original Condition - (piece has a little surface issue on Boat deck behind driver or would be MINT). The Original Litho Paint is Very Strong (No play wear - surface issue as noted) - Wind-Up Crank Motor under Boat works Great - Wind-Up action has the boat move forward and back across the floor - Original Hard Rubber and Metal Wheels on Metal Axles - Tin Litho Driver is Great - Original Tin Litho Outboard Motor is MINT - RARE Clean/Clear Windscreen - Awesome Details and Lines. Toy is Marked: K.D Toys - Made in Japan - on the rear.
