Description: This auction is for three North Pole Woods houses, The Chisel Mctimbers Art Studio, Oakwood Post Office Branch, and Trim a Tree factory. Each comes with their own insert and sleeve. They show minimal shelf wear. Two branches have broken off of the post office, but can be taped or glued. Besides that they are in good order. An asset to anyone with a North Pole collection. I will be adding more auctions in the coming weeks for Christmas in the City, North Pole, and Dickens. So please look for these auctions. All houses come from my own personal collection. I am liquidateing because the collection I have is too extensive at the present time to manage and I'd like to collect the newer ones.
