This is a tea bowl of Japanese Kyoto pottery ware.
Kyoto is the area where tea-thing pottery is the most prosperous.
There is a sign of KENZAN OGATA .
First KENZAN (1663-1743) was a most great potter of the Edo era.
His name has been inherited until the present age.
I do not understand whether this is the original which KENZAN made.
But this is old serious work and is appropriate KENZAN style. And it is a good signature.
And since the box is attached, storage is easy and it is good.
