Genuine Fossil from the age of the early Dinosaurs. All of my Fossils for sale are guaranteed authentic and no repairs unless mentioned. Wonderful Positive Detailed Genuine Fossil of the Jurassic Period. Ammonite- Dactylioceras sp. Superfamily Eoderoceratacea. Ammonite from the Torcian, Lower Jurassic at Whitby, Yorkshire. England. Approx 180 Million Years Old. Known as Snake stones from the legend that St. Hilda turned all the snakes into stones. Both sides shown. Size of Ammonite 60 m/m. (6 cm.) 2.2 inch Approx.
