This auction includes one fine bone china cup and saucer made by Shelley of England. I believe this shape is called "Dainty". Beautiful lilacs adorn this set. The bottom is marked "Lilac Time". The saucer measures about 5 7/8" diameter and the cup about 3 1/2" diameter at the rim. Both pieces are in excellent, if not mint, condition. They have no chips, cracks, repairs, or sign of use. This cup and saucer was part of a small collection I purchased last week. I am also listing one cup and saucer by Rosina, one by Royal Worcester, and four more by Shelley. Please check my other auctions for them. Additional sets purchased will only incur $2.75 per cup and saucer in shipping fees. Please feel free to email with any questions prior to bidding. I try to give any information I have about the listings, and to tell you whether the information is fact or opinion. I have a "full refund option" (see returns below) policy for anything I misrepresent. My description will point out anything I believe could possibly be considered a flaw. For this reason, many past buyers felt that they received a better product than they expected. SHIPPING CHARGES: Flat fee shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. We use Priority Mail for lightweight and/or expensive packages, and Fedex Ground for heavier/larger shipments (our discretion). Fedex packages are picked up once a week so this may delay shipment as much as 5 business days. If you need faster shipment please email with your requirements (include zip code) and we'll let you know what the options are. A TELEPHONE number is required for many online shipping labels so please include it with payment. Insurance is included in the flat shipping price. Alaska and Hawaii, please email for a quote. Pick up in Ocala, FL is always an option. IF COMBINED SHIPPING SEEMS HIGH PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO EMAIL FOR A QUOTE. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: You can use the drop down in the shipping calculator to choose your country and calculate shipping. Because of the additional time involved with paperwork, and finding a suitable box, for shipping internationally, $2 handling is included. I do need a TELEPHONE number from you in order to print an online shipping label. As a result of lost packages to certain countries our int'l auctions will only offer shipping methods that offer insurance. Global Express Mail, if offered, includes $100 insurance. Letter post does not offer any insurance. If requested, smaller items with a final sale below $50 may offer air letter post at the sole discretion of Mimis E-Treasures. We would require the buyer to have excellent feedback history, and to understand that he/she takes full responsibility for the shipment. At this time we do not ship furniture overseas. CUSTOMER SERVICE-FEEDBACK: Once you examine your purchase, please leave positive feedback to confirm receipt and satisfaction. If you encounter any problem with your service or product, I ask that you contact me so that I have the opportunity to resolve the issue. The three negative feedbacks that I have received (in 6 years) were left by buyers who did not contact me. Tfore, I will not consider the transaction complete until I know that you have received the product and are happy with it, or any problem has been resolved to your satisfaction. Once complete, I will happily leave positive feedback for you. RETURNS: I try very hard to describe every flaw and/or detail I can find on items. If I'm unsure I ask that you inspect the pictures carefully and ask questions. If I make a mistake (as any human can) and misrepresent an item in the listing then I will offer the buyer a full refund, including shipping. If you make a mistake (buyer's remorse, didn't read the listing, etc.) then the item may be returned within 7 days of receipt (in the condition it was sent) for a refund of the purchase price only .
