Thermaloft insulation--this is high-tech stuff that is incredibly warm without being bulky--you only find this in high-end gear. True leather palm--abrasion resistant and durable. The interior is a comfy fleece material and the fingers have the fleece finger-separators. It isn't a big open cavity like you see in cheap ones. It has a gauntlet that goes over the wrist to keep snow out with a one-handed cinch-closure to keep a good, tight seal.
