A beautiful french vase that has a bronze base and collar,the vase is made by one of the Dalpayrat group.Perhaps adolph,one of Adreins sons.A great yellow gold crystalized glaze over a ceramic body.The bronze mounts were made by Louis Katona , a french master metalsmith,in a style all his own.Famous for making breath taking floor lamps and tables,L.Katona would sometimes join with other famous artist to create one of a kind art works.This is the only known example of L. Katona joining with the French Master Potters "Dalpayrat" that I have been able to uncover.I have spent the last year and a half looking through estate sales,auctions,catalogs,and museums on line and have yet to find another example of their partnership.This is your chance to have two famous French artists ideas on one great peice.The measurments are 17 1/2 inches tall with the mounts on and 6 inches across the widest part.No chips or cracks or flakes,and you can see small crazing under a loop only .I ALSO HAVE THE LAMP WORKS that came with it.Thank you for your time and God speed,Jim To figure international shipping; on your "my ebay" click "global trade" and it should answer any questions you may have before you e-mail me (I have never shipped out of country so I am new at this also ) I will do what I can to answer your questions as best I can if all else fails.Thanks again for your time,Jim
