Danish Modern Lovig Dansk Teak Desk By Jens Quistgaard This stunning desk is a wonderfull example of Danish Modern design. Done in a rich teak that has a lovely aged patina, this desk can not only function as a desk but it can open completely to be used a dining table. This desk, while quite large, seems to me to be the perfect desk for a small space since it is multi-functional. The desk is from 1974 and is marked as such on the bottom. Keep in mind that the desk has been in use for several decades. Being that it is vintage it is not perfect, it has it's minor flaws but it is still in great condition and it displays nicely. Of note t are ink stains in the drawers, a couple of dark rings on the top of the mini-hutch, some scratches and other minor signs of use. All of the finger pulls are intact and the drawers are functional. I took lots of pictures so you can decide for yourself. The approximate dimensions are 34 1/2" tall x 64" long x 29" deep if you lay the cubby hole section back it goes to 39" deep. I think this desk is too big and heavy to economicaly ship, I prefer to arange pickup from a local bidder who can pick it up in Santa Monica. I am offering it to you with a buy it now price $150-200 less than the last two that recently sold on Ebay.
