A wonderful Vintage 5-Cup Teapot from Dansk in the Fluted Flamestone Brown pattern. Overall, this teapot is beautiful condition . is every little flaw I could find: The base of the handle has cracks in the glaze (see picture) and this is ONLY the glaze...it does not penetrate through the teapot. Handle was never broken off and re-glued. You may be able to take this to someone to have the cracks filled in. Tiny scrape on the underside (shown in picture to the right on the logo) Tiny scrape on the rim of the teapot. You may find very tiny scratches or variations in the glaze color. This is typical for the age and type of glaze used on these pieces.The interior of the pot is perfect. NO crazing or cracks or staining. The lid is also perfect. This has the duck logo, and is a little smudged (see picture). I believe this to be an earlier piece. This pattern was made by Dansk from 1963 to 1985.
