This Eisner-winning series is a real return to form for the character of Daredevil. Waid successfully balances the darker aspects of Matt Murdock's life (and things DO get dark here) with the kind of witty and intelligent banter that was one of Daredevil's hallmarks. In addition, Waid does a superb job of finding fresh ways of presenting Daredevil's heightened sense.
