Huge Variant Set - Jae Lee Sketch Covers, Joe Quesada, Leniel Francis Yu, Greg Land, David Finch - All 9.8 grade or above!! Greetings to all! I have been collecting comics on and off for almost 28 years, and all of those years have been about buying for my personal collection, never about selling. That has changed as of 2008 as I have made the difficult decision to begin liquidating my personal collection. This is heartbreaking to me, but an absolutely wonderful opportunity for you to get some of the most well cared for, mint condition comics from the past 20 years to the present. As a serious collector, most of my comics have been stored in archival Mylar-D protective sleeves, the same as used in the Library of Congress, with true archival boards (no cheap poly bags and boards for my books!!) ** FYI: you may see some pictures of new sets in those bags as I have not yet switched them for storage** I expect this to take quite a while to sort, group and auction my comic collection given my work career and other commitments, so please bookmark my seller ID and check back often on my auctions (Check out my other items !) as I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in the books I am selling and their condition. I can say without conviction that I will be selling many comics that can be classified as PRISTINE mint condition. The first batch of auctions will be small and I have decided to start with some recent and some older sets (I wanted put some stuff out t for everyone, plus some sets that I think are fantastic looking and which many people are not even aware of), and also basically those boxes that were easiest to get to! My collection ranges from the main publishers (Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse) to many independents. I am known for collecting many variants of an issue, so if your looking for high-end variant issues, then you should definitely make sure to keep watch of my auctions. I think that about does it, I hope my books find themselves in the hands of some really great collectors; they will be a wonderful addition to anyone's serious collection. GOOD LUCK TO ALL! **NOTE - I am torn between natural lighting pictures and flash pictures. The flash really brings out the beautiful colors of a book, but the natural lighting shows the crispness of the condition of the book better, but washes out the colors some. I have erred on the side of the flash pictures when possible, but do not hesitate to ask me for more pics.. I have many of each book!! **NOTE #2 - I am no longer going to ship anything internationally (Canada is ok). Lately, I have dealt with some really ignorant individuals who quite frankly should not even be on eBay. I apologize for any inconvenience.
