Up for auction is a Darth Maul Phantom Menace Lightsaber. It was made by Roman's Empire and is the most detailed Maul Lightsaber available. See below for complete details. · Most notable is the sabers length. When replica Mauls were first introduced they were around 26" in length and weighted 8-10 lbs. Nowadays we know for certain that Maul's saber is 21" in length. Each half is 10.5" long. This saber is, you guessed it, 21" long! · Next is the number of fins. Earlier versions of this saber had 8 fins on each end. We now know for certain that each end has 10 fins. This saber has, you guessed it, 10 fins on each end! · Another detail discovered in 2001 was the knurl on the red activation buttons. These buttons were first made with a male knurl. Basically the diamond cut shape on the buttons protruded outwards. However, we now know the knurl goes inwards. A small but important detail to collectors that is present on this saber. · Many of you may remember replicas that had the face of the emitter completely flat with a hole in the center.
