This is a set of Chisels that I purchased many years ago for doing Ice Carving/Sculpting. The chef where I worked was quite talented and self taught. I never got around to following through on ice sculpting. Again, I purchased this set as a nice chisel set from a chefs supply store but it also appears they can also be used for wood carving. The chisels are made by DASTRA in Germany, high carbon tool steel that still has the original protective oil on them and the wax paper wrap. No rust, never used. Only 2 unwrapped for photos and re-wrapped.
