DATSUN You are bidding on a mini collection of early DATSUN related memorabilia ... DATSUN 510/A10 Sports Option catalog. Measures 8.5x11 & is 28 pgs in length. Covers the L20B (SOHC & DOHC) & L16 engines. Lists p/n for Chassis, Transmission, Differential, Suspension & Brake systems. Dated 4/1/1980. Condition is excellent w/no marks or tears. Text is in English. An ad sheet for Dave Frellsen's 1980 B/Sedan SCCA National Championship at Road Atlanta in his Datsun 510/A10. Measures about 8x12. An ad sheet is what the customer (in this case, Nissan) gets from its advertising company (William Esty) prior to the ad actually running in a magazine or newspaper. As these were never made available to the public, & most were destroyed upon the publication of the ad, they are very rare!!! Dated 1/1981. A great little 5x7 b&w PR pic of John Morton in the BRE 510. It was taken during the '71 2.5 Trans-Am season. Caption reads: Datsun's threat to Alfa Romeo for the Manufacturers' Championship in the 6th race of this year's SCCA 2.5 Trans-Am Challenge Series, scheduled for July 25th at Kansas City, will again be spearheaded by John Morton driving a BRE/Datsun 510. This is an original PR photo from 1971. It is NOT a contemporary pic made from an original neg or a computer generated pic . (not in pic) Sequence of four ( 4) color pics taken at the Runoffs at Road Atlanta in 1980 showing the aftermath of the the Ken Slagle (TR8) & Logan Blackburn (280ZX) incident.
