Here is a September 23, 1978 issue of The Sporting News that features the Pittsburgh Pirates, star right fielder - Dave Parker - on the cover and has been signed by Parker of the front page. This Sporting News was signed by Parker at an Expo Mart (Monroeville, PA) Sports Collectibles show a good number of years back, does not have a certificate of authenticity, but I guarantee this signature is an authentic, Dave Parker autograph. This issue is complete, shows Parker at bat in his solid, gold uniform has been signed in black ink - "Dave Parker" near the center. Autograph is strong and crisp with newspaper being clean with corner dings/creases with dirt marks (printers ink - I think) on manilla colored borders.
