Here is a beautiful studio pottery green glazed faceted vase by well known British potter, David Leach. He was the son of Bernard Leach and produced pottery at St. Ives. This vase measures 6 1/4" tall x 7 1/2" at its widest. It is covered with a deep green glaze over his typical high fired porcelain body. The exterior has a panel of a cut faceted design that is very common in many of his tea bowls. It is in excellent, original condition with no chips, cracks, or glaze scratching. It is clearly marked with his "DL" cypher. Pictures should tell the story. Buyer pays $20.00 for shipping within the US. Shipping to the UK will be $65.00 express international mail. Thank you.
