You are bidding on a David Winter Cottage titled: Fred’s Home. This was a Special of Christmas 1991. Fred is Ebeneezer Scrooge’s Nephew. T is another label on the bottom indicating that this was a 1992 USA TOUR piece. I’m not sure if the signature is his. This is hand made and painted in the Studios & Workshops of John Hine Ltd. Great Britain . It stands approximately 7.75” tall and is in perfect condition. Sorry, no box or papers.
