Mister Fezziwig's Emporium is the Special for Christmas 1990 piece from David Winter. It comes with the box, Certificate of Authenticity, a Christmas card from John Hine, David Winter and D Bruce (can't make out the last name). It also is signed on the label on the bottom of the piece by David Winter. This beautiful cottage is about 6 1/2" high, 5 1/4" wide and 4 3/4" deep. It's in near mint to mint condition. Shipping will be determined using the ebay calculator. International buyers please use Paypal or wire transfers. Our bank charges a $10 fee for depositing International Money Orders.
