This is the Buck David Yellowhorse Deer Mountain custom drop point hunter. This is one outstanding collectable by renowned Navajo David Yellowhorse, whose custom knives are legendary and highly sought after. This one was limited to a total production of just 100 knives for worldwide distribution and is serial number 38. The handles are hand carved turquoise with a hand cut nickel silver deer inlayed into the handle on both sides. The stainless blade is hand ground and blackened, and no two knives will be exactly the same. You can tell that a lot of work went into customizing these knives. The edges of the knife are sculpted with a file worked look to further enhance this great knife. Knife is 8 ½" long with an almost 4" blade which is very sharp. Blade is stamped "Buck" and has a laser cut deer head in the tang. Blade is signed "Native Steel by David Yellowhorse" with serial 038/100. Comes in a black leather display box that is of very high quality. Leather has white stitching, padded removable top with the Buck logo, felt lining and formed tray to hold knife. Knife is in brand new, mint condition and just removed from box for photos. Includes certificate shown.
