Up for bid is thiscromed DC-3 airplane ashtray lamp. NO RESERVE.The plane lights are red from the passengers side windows and green from the pilots front cabin windows. The base light has no cracks or chips and operates separately by a foot press button. The plane does not swivel . It does turn left and right but not up and down. Good condition. Light age surface scratches here and there. I did not attempt to clean it. Propellers are original. The screws that hold them to the motor are not original but are old and do fit as well if not better then the original screws.(See pictures 8 & 10 ). The two screws under the plane that hold it to the wings and the post are not original while the front hole of the front screw is not completely closed ( picture 9)..It is like a C shape with a little open space. Maybe it was made that way .The plane is very solid. Maybe some informations are unnecessary, but I give as much details as possible so buyer gets no surprises. Over all a great item. Shipping: to Canada and USA ONLY. I imagine cost for such a large complicated and secur packing should be around $80 according to your location from the Canadian / New York border. I may be wrong about the cost I will provide better information monday back from the post office. Return (paid by buyer) accepted only within reason after agreement with seller if not as described. Started packing plane but the screws holding it to base unscrew but wont come out as if once isntalled from the inside with skills.I screwed them back and plan is solid.Actual bidder at$280 can cancel if desired.Looks all normal.Will ship in one piece
