An OO gauge DC Kit for a British Rail DMU Class 101 Metropolitan Cammell 2 car unit. This kit is as new, It has been opened to display the contents for the auction. (see photographs). The kit includes all components to build a 2 car unit plus a new Hornby motor unit and 2 bogie frames to motorise it. All that is required is the unpowered bogie wheels. Also included is the seating and partitions pack for the model. The kit is of plastic construction and white metal parts. The castings are excellent with very little flash on them. Comes complete with full instructions. I have also included a 4 page article on how to build the kit by Steve Flint, taken from the Railway Modeller magazine. Should make into a nice model, I have changed gauge so I am getting rid of my OO Kits and collection. (Note - There is no buy it now price). .
