We are offering a large collection of DE PORCELEYNE FLES ROYAL DELFT purchased in 1980 as inventory for a gift/import shop. All of the pieces we have listed are important pieces of Delft that offer the serious Delft collector a rare opportunity to buy outside of Holland, and at a starting price significantly below 1980 retail prices and even less than their original, 1980 wholesale price. Anyone who has recently travelled to Holland can verify that most of the pieces we are offering cannot be purchased for less than $1,000 U.S. Be sure to check all eleven of our current listings for all of the selections from this same estate. The collection includes traditional blue and white as well as polychrome/faience pieces. Every item is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or hidden repairs. If t are any condition issues, they will be specifically mentioned in the listing. Each item will come with a Delft Certificate of Genuineness plus other Delft literature. This auction is for a smallish, battery operated clock. The clock works are by Kundo of Germany. The piece measures approximately 9 x 7 x 3 1/2". The cover over the clock face is plastic. The wholesale price paid for this item in 1980 was $190. Lovely little clock that would be perfect for the bedside or vanity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Because postage rates are now determined by WEIGHT AND SIZE of the package, it's difficult for us to estimate mailing costs in advance of final packaging. Please be assured we will continue to make every effort to minimize the cost of mailing/shipping. Buyer pays postage, packing, etc. WE DO NOT PAD OUR SHIPPING COSTS! We charge a nominal fee for packing and handling (usually $2.00 and only more if we're packing a large box of fragile items). We prefer to ship heavier items via FedEx Ground because they are usually the most economical and we believe they offer the best package handling. We always do a cost comparison between postal rates and FedEx Ground to get the lowest cost. We will always combine shipment on multiple auction items. CA residents will pay CA tax, or happy to accept your CA resale number in lieu of the tax. Personal checks and PayPal gladly accepted on domestic transactions. PayPal okay on international transactions. We do not falsify customs forms. Please don't ask us to do so. Ple ase do not send payment before receiving our invoice through the ebay invoicing system. |
